Shipping and Delivery
Our deliveries are handled by FEDEX, both domestically and internationally.
United States Shipments
The delivery price depends on the order value and the services requested.
We ship to the destination of your choice in the United States.
There are three alternative delivery services:
Ground Delivery (generally delivers within 2 to 7 business days) Complimentary
Second Day Delivery (generally delivers in 2 business days) $25.00
Overnight Delivery (generally delivers the next business day) $35.00
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. We generally ship our Ground Delivery orders within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. For all orders of $1,000 and more (before shipping charges and sales taxes are applied), we offer complimentary Overnight Delivery if you place your order before 3pm United States eastern time.
While we will do our utmost to meet these delivery times, the above-referenced delivery times are not guaranteed.
As soon as your order leaves our shipping facility, you will receive a message with the tracking number of the order, plus a link to the FEDEX website where you can check the delivery status whenever you desire to. In addition, we will email delivery confirmation once we receive notification from FEDEX that your purchase has been delivered.
Purchases cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

U.S. Sales Tax.
Items sold by M. Bottiglieri and shipped to destinations in the States of California, Florida, Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Washington are subject to applicable State sales tax.
We currently ship to the following countries:
Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Chile, china, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia Malta,, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Poland Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Uruguay.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Times.
Shipping cost and delivery times for international shipments depend on the FedEx shipping method you choose, the amount of your purchase, and the country you are shipping to. Upon entering the delivery address on our check out page, you will be provided with the specific FedEx delivery cost options for the country to which you are interested in sending your order.
M. Bottiglieri will pay for FedEx International Economy shipping if your order is over $12,000 (excluding taxes, duties and shipping costs). You will be asked to pay for all other international shipping costs, including more expedited shipping and shipping on orders less than $2,000 (excluding taxes, duties and shipping costs).
Duties and Taxes
International sales are subject to duties, tariffs, levies and other taxes that vary widely from country to country. The amount of those charges will be calculated automatically at check-out.

M. BOTTIGLIERI, LLC RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES
PRE-PAID RETURNS (Free for USA address shipped and returned items within 14 days)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your M. Bottiglieri order, so we will gladly accept your return of our product in its original condition, with all tags attached-including the red plastic anti-wear-then-return tag, within 30 days of the date we ship your order.
Any item marked FINAL SALE or non-returnable on our website cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of returned goods, M. Bottiglieri reserves the right to deny a refund if the product being returned does not meet all return policy requirements. Please note that Bespoke items and any tailored or otherwise personalized or altered items may not be returned.
A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States for returns made from a United States address.
To qualify for free return shipping, your return must arrive M. Bottiglieri’s shipping and receiving facility within 14 days of the day we shipped your order. Please allow 7 days for product transit time.
If your returned product is received by M. Bottiglieri after 14 days from when we shipped your order, M. Bottiglieri will charge a $12.00 return fee when you ship your return using our prepaid FedEx return label to return your product.
If you ship your M. Bottiglieri return product using another method, there will be no return fee, but please be sure to ship your return package using a trackable, insured shipping method,and so it is received by M. Bottiglieri within 30 days of the date we ship your order. M. Bottiglieri cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records. M. Bottiglieri does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
We currently offer free returns for all orders shipped within the United States for returns made from a United States address. If your order arrived without a prepaid label, please follow these steps.
- Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.

- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. M.Bottiglieri, LLC cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASED PRODUCT
• Place the items in the original shipping box, securely pack the returned item, and include the bottom portion of the invoice.
• Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box.
•If you are a USA customer returning your order from a USA address, please attach the prepaid FedEx domestic Return Label to the outside of the shipping box, seal the box securely and drop it off at any FedEx office.
To qualify for a return and a refund of your purchase price, and applicable sales tax, if any, the Return Conditions specified below must all be met:
• Purchases must be returned with the original Returns Form within 30 days of the date we ship your order.
• Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all original M. Bottiglieri product tags and labels attached. This includes the red plastic anti-wear-then-return tag, which must still be adhered and unopened and in its original condition in order for item to be considered unused and therefore eligible for return.
• No items that have been tailored, altered or otherwise personalized, including Bespoke items, may be returned.
• Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything M. Bottiglieri reasonably believes has been used- including items from which the red plastic anti-wear-then-return tag has been removed- will not be accepted and will therefore be sent back to the client.
M. Bottiglieri products returned will be refunded to the original client purchaser’s method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days for all full price items and within 14 days for all FINAL SALE items. Note that Bespoke or tailor of personalized items may not be returned. Please use our return service and ensure all Return Conditions are met.
To exchange your purchased product, please return your product to us within 30-days of the shipping date for all full price items, and within 14 days for all FINAL SALE items for a refund using our prepaid returns service described above, ensuring that all the Return Conditions are met. A new order can be placed through M. Bottiglieri.com at any time or if you CONTACT US, you may place an order via our Client Service Team.
You may cancel your on-line order until the date of shipping for any reason free of charge. Cancellations made on or after the date of shipping cannot be made and you will be charged the full amount for your order, subject to the following exception: Excluding pre-order, early purchase or early access products, if the actual shipment date of your order is delayed by more than 30 days, you can cancel your order free of charge provided that we receive your cancellation prior to the actual shipment. Should you choose to cancel your order prior to shipment, we will not charge your credit card, or if your credit card has already been charged, we will refund the purchase price and sales tax, if any, included.
