    Fit & Sizing

    Q: This is my first time buying an M. Bottiglieri garment.  How do your garments fit? How do I know what size I am in your line?

    A: Each piece is crafted to fit perfectly; however, exact fit will vary between styles based on fabric and design. We provide detailed sizing charts on each and every product page on our website.

    Use a tape measure if you have one and refer to our size charts to help guide you on how to measure.  We have specific size charts for our tops and sleeveless shell tops, our blazers, our skirts, our pants and our cashmere sweaters.

    If you do not have a tape measure or if you have a fit question about a particular style, please call our Client Services at 844.886.2692  (844.88.MBNYC) to arrange for a Stylist to call you back during one of their available hours.



    Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

    A: Absolutely. To place an order by telephone, simply call Client Services toll free at 844.886.2692 (844.88.MBNYC). We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.


    Q: How do I buy online?

    A: Click “View The Collection” to view our line and select the pieces you would like for purchase.


    Q: Do I need an account to make an online purchase?

    A: While we do not require an account to make a purchase at M. Bottiglieri, there are many benefits to opening an account and becoming a member of our Exclusive Loveliness Circle.


    Q: What are the benefits to signing up for an M. Bottiglieri account?

    A: An M. Bottiglieri account offers you an easy and fast way to place orders. You can customize your account preferences and save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout. Your account also allows you access to your order history so you can track and check up on your most recent orders. Your account “Wishlist” lets you customize and save your favorite must-have items, which you can then email to your friends. You can sign up directly on our website at www.mbottiglieri.com.


    Q: How do I check the status of/track my M. Bottiglieri order?

    A: You can check the status of your M. Bottiglieri order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section of your account, or by calling Client Services at 844.88.MBNYC. If you do not have an account, please either call us or track your shipment through the email confirmation you received.

    You will also receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.


    Q: Where else can I purchase M. Bottiglieri apparel?

    A:  M. Bottiglieri garments are sold through our website and in select boutiques in NYC. We expect to be offering our products for sale in exclusive boutiques throughout the USA and in Europe and Asia in the near future. Please check back often.


    Q: What forms of payment does M. Bottiglieri accept?

    A: M. Bottiglieri, LLC accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.


    Q: Does M. Bottiglieri charge sales tax?

    A: In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your M. Bottiglieri order based on your shipping address. 

    International sales are subject to duties, tariffs, levies and other taxes that vary widely from country to country. The amount of those charges is calculated at checkout.

    A: We currently ship to anywhere and everywhere in the United States and its territories, as well as Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zeal-and, Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay.


    Q: Does M. Bottiglieri deliver on Saturdays?

    A: Yes.


    Q: What are my shipping options and prices?

    A: The shipping price depends on the order value and delivery schedule. We offer three alternative delivery services:

    Ground Delivery- (generally delivers within 2 to 7 business days)            Complimentary

    Second Day Delivery (generally delivers in 2 business days)                   $25.00

    Overnight Delivery (generally delivers the next business day)                   $35.00

    If your order is $1,000 or more (before shipping charges and sales taxes are applied), we offer complimentary overnight delivery in the United States.



    Returns and Exchanges

    Q: What is your return policy?

    A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your M. Bottiglieri order and your luxury experience with us, so we will gladly accept your return of product for any reason in original condition, with all tags attached, including our red plastic “use or wear- and-then-return” prevention tag, attached and unopened, within 30 days of receipt of your order. We may accept returns after 30 days at our sole discretion, regardless of the shipping method. We do encourage you to return any item within 14 days from your receipt.

    Please use our pre-paid FedEx return label included in your shipment if you want to return a product. Unfortunately, we have to charge $12.00 for any return we receive later than 14 days from our shipment date.

    Any item marked FINAL SALE or non-refundable on our Website cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

    Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of Bespoke items and any tailored or otherwise personalized or altered items. We may, at our sole discretion, offer either an exchange or a refund.


    Q: How do I exchange an item?

    A: To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on the M. Bottiglieri Returns Form, included in your purchase package.




    Q: How do I send a gift?

    A: On the checkout page, there is an option for you to select ‘Gift.’ This will allow you to add a gift receipt, a personalized message, and your garment is delivered in the M. Bottiglieri box wrapped in our signature red bow.  You may also receive confirmation that your gift has arrived at the receiver’s home by selecting “receive delivery confirmation” after you have entered the shipping address during checkout.

    Q: What exactly is your Bespoke service?

    A: The M. Bottiglieri team proudly includes a world-renowned, expert and highly skilled artist and seamstress in NYC to create bespoke, or custom made, pieces for our clients. Her name is Katalin Varga.  Our fabrics and our patterns are customized to your fit and other desires. Clients who wish to take advantage of this option may email: bespoke@mbottiglieri.com with their request and the item they wish to have custom made, and an M. Bottiglieri Personal Stylist will respond via email, phone or live chat to discuss your preferences and make an appointment.


    M.B. Exclusive Loveliness Circle


    Q: What is the “M. Bottiglieri Loveliness Circle”?

    A: The M. Bottiglieri Exclusive Loveliness Circle is an exclusive and complimentary membership for M. Bottiglieri clients that entitles its members to exclusive benefits.  The name “loveliness” is another reference to the ladybug: like a “flock of seagulls”, a “school of fish” and a “gaggle of geese”, a loveliness of ladybugs is the actual and scientific term for a group of ladybugs that live together.


    Q:  How do I become a member?

    A: There are four levels of membership. You will automatically have Bronze Member Status in our Loveliness Circle as soon as you sign up on our website.  You will have Silver Member status when you purchase M. Bottiglieri items amounting to at least $1,000 within a calendar year, Gold Member status when you purchase M. Bottiglieri items amounting to at least $2,000 within a calendar year, and Platinum Member status when you purchase M. Bottiglieri items amounting to at least $5,000 within a calendar year.


    Q:  What are some of the benefits?

    A: Member status entitles you to early purchase and pre-order benefits allowing members to purchase our garments before they are announced or become available for sale to the general public; exclusive invitations to attend, with VIP/free admission, our trunk and fashion shows and events; and credits in tailoring with our expert tailor and much more.
